Our Story

Care that sees the whole person

Tide began with a simple idea: therapy can be careful and kind at the same time.

We built a group practice where people are not reduced to symptoms or rushed through a standard protocol. Our four clinicians bring different training, and share one approach: listen carefully, explain the work clearly and shape care around the life you are living.

“The best therapy does not tell you who to become. It helps you hear yourself more clearly.”

  • Listen before leading

Your lived experience shapes the work we do together.

  • Treat the whole person

Mind, body, relationships, and environment all matter.

  • Build toward independence

Therapy should leave you with skills you can carry forward.
